MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

How we build the bikes

From tube to trail under one roof — frame materials, welding, paint, engineering and QC, all in our own plant. That is what lets us take an OEM or private-label brief and ship a consistent bike at volume.

FRAME MATERIALS

Aluminum & chromoly

6061-T6 aluminum

Lightweight, hydroformed where it counts — the chassis for most trail hardtails and dirt-jump bikes.

Chromoly steel

Durable, ride-quality steel for hard-use and dirt-jump builds that take a beating and come back.

24 / 26 / 27.5" wheels

Youth-to-adult sizing, with 24" options for smaller riders and 27.5" for trail confidence.

MEIRX TIG and robotic frame welding
WELDING

TIG & robotic welding

Welding cells build clean, consistent joints across aluminum and steel frames. Jigs and fixtures hold tight tolerances so every frame rides the same, and in-process alignment checks catch deviation early.

  • Aluminum alloy & chromoly frames
  • Robotic + hand-finishing weld cells
  • In-process alignment checks
MEIRX paint and candy colorways
PAINT & FINISH

Candy colorways & coatings

Multi-stage paint lines deliver the bold candy finishes MEIRX is known for — and the flexible color program that lets OEM and private-label partners run their own palettes and decals.

  • Signature candy-purple & custom palettes
  • Powder-coat & liquid paint options
  • Private-label decal & color programs
MEIRX QC and testing
QC & TESTING

Inspection before it ships

Every batch passes incoming-material checks, in-line inspections and a final audit — so containers leave the factory ready for the showroom.

  • Component & raw-material incoming inspection
  • Ride, brake and alignment final audit
  • Export packing & container-load checks
SMALL-BATCH & PILOT RUNS

From prototype to container

MEIRX supports small-batch and pilot runs alongside full container production — useful for brand launches, crowdfunding and market testing before scaling. Our engineering team turns a brief into a rideable sample, then scales it.

Manufacturing Capabilities FAQ

We build primarily with 6061-T6 aluminum alloy for a strong, light trail and dirt-jump chassis, and chromoly steel for ride-quality focused and hard-use builds. Material is selected per model and per OEM/private-label spec.

Frames are built in TIG and robotic welding cells with jigs and fixtures that hold tight tolerances, so every aluminum or steel frame comes out consistent. In-process alignment checks catch deviation before the next station.

We build youth and adult wheel sizes including 24", 26" and 27.5" for trail hardtails and dirt-jump bikes, and adapt sizing to the target market and rider profile.

Yes. MEIRX supports small-batch and pilot runs alongside full container production — useful for brand launches, crowdfunding campaigns and market testing before scaling to higher volumes.

Yes. As a full in-house manufacturer we customize frame geometry, component spec and colorways for OEM, ODM and private-label partners. Share your requirements and our engineering team prepares a sample for sign-off.

QC covers incoming material checks, weld and alignment inspection, paint and finish, component assembly and a pre-shipment ride/brake/alignment audit on every unit. Bikes are built to the ISO 4210 safety standard.
