OEM Mountain Bike FAQ

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we build the bike to your approved design and specification, and your brand goes on the finished product. MEIRX runs production — welding, paint, assembly and QC — while you own the brand, packaging and go-to-market.

MOQ typically starts from a few hundred units per model for an OEM or private-label program. Catalog-based models can ship in 2–4 weeks; customized OEM/ODM runs usually take 30–60 days including sampling and mass production.

Yes. As a full in-house manufacturer we can customize frame geometry, component spec and colorways for OEM partners. Share your target market and rider profile and our engineering team prepares a sample for sign-off before mass production.

Yes. Beyond pure OEM build-to-print, our ODM service co-develops the bike with you — geometry, spec and finish tuned to your market, using our engineering team and proven platforms to shorten time to shelf.

We manufacture trail hardtails, dirt-jump bikes and custom builds across 24", 26" and 27.5" wheel sizes, in 6061-T6 aluminum and chromoly steel, with hydraulic or mechanical disc brakes per your spec.

MEIRX ships to 40+ export markets. Bikes are built to the ISO 4210 safety standard with CE and RoHS compliance for the EU, and we support CPSC documentation for the US market. See our certifications page for details.
