Do you offer OEM and ODM mountain bike manufacturing?
Yes. MEIRX is a factory-direct mountain bike manufacturer. We provide OEM, ODM and private-label production - build to your specification, customize geometry and colorways, and ship under your own brand. Request a quote and our sales team replies within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale and OEM orders?
MOQ is one 20-ft container - around 100 bikes, depending on the model and packaging. Tell us your target model, configuration and volume and we will confirm the exact figure at RFQ.
What are your lead times for wholesale and OEM orders?
Standard catalog models can ship in 2-4 weeks; customized OEM/ODM runs usually take 30-60 days including sampling and production. Exact lead times are confirmed when we scope your order.
Which certifications do your mountain bikes comply with?
Our factory runs an ISO 9001 quality management system. Bikes are built to the ISO 4210 bicycle safety standard and comply with CE and RoHS requirements. Compliance certificates are available on request for distributors and OEM partners.
Can you customize frame geometry and colorways?
Yes. As a full in-house manufacturer we weld, paint and assemble under one roof, so we can customize frame geometry, component spec and colorways for OEM and private-label partners. Share your requirements and we will prepare a sample.
