Partners & supply chain FAQ

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. We host buyer and third-party audits at our plant, and you are welcome to see your own production run before it ships. Tell us your dates and we will plan the visit around your build.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. An NDA is standard before we discuss your drawings, moulds or customer list, and anything you bring to the project stays yours.

Can we specify component brands?

Yes. We build to your bill of materials. The brands shown on this page are the ones our OEM customers specify most often - the exact brand and model are confirmed at RFQ.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

MOQ typically starts from a few hundred units per model for a private-label or OEM programme, and is confirmed at RFQ against your spec and tooling. A customised run is typically 30-60 days including sampling. Shipment is FOB Tianjin Port, and we reply to enquiries within 24 hours.
